Sung is an Instructor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital and Department of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. He is interested in developing computational methods for integrative genetic analysis of common and rare pulmonary disorders. |

Ahmad is a Programmer and interested in the application of high-performance computing technology in genetics. He received a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Bonn in Germany in 2014 and joined our group in 2020. He brings over a decade of experiences in large-scale data mining, cloud computing and Bayesian network analysis to the team. Ahmad leads the effort to improve the usability of JLIM colocalization method and oversees the whole-exome data QC and analysis pipeline for the Pulmonary Division. |

Lauren is a Bioinformatician in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. She received a Master’s degree in Computational Biology and Quantitative Genetics at Harvard School of Public Health and joined the lab in 2023. She conducts an integrative genetic analysis of gene-by-environment interaction of respiratory disease. |
